2024 is set to be a favourable year for to-be homebuyers and investors as they will have no lack of options all over the island – from the Core Central Region (CCR) to the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and Outside Central Region (OCR)!
The upcoming months of 2024 will see no fewer than 32 new private home projects and at least 1 Executive Condominium development (namely, Lumina Grand) making their debut. Or in other words, we will see approximately 11,154 new units launched across the entire island, with even more to come.
Examining each region, we can see that the CCR will have more launches in 2024 than the previous year, with at least 8 developments that buyers can choose from; these include Marina View Residences, Skywaters Residences, Newport Residences, 21 Anderson, 32 Gilstead, as well as the future projects sited at Marina Gardens Lane, Peace Centre, and Kew Lodge.
On the other hand, the RCR will have no fewer than 13 new launches this year (highlighted in blue) while the OCR has at least 11 up-and-coming projects (highlighted in purple).
It is also worth mentioning that the RCR and OCR will see a total of four mega launches. For the RCR, these consist of a Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Toa Payoh Lorong 1 (800 units) and another at Jalan Tembusu (840 units). As for the OCR, its mega launches are located at a GLS site at Tampines Avenue 11 (1,190 units), as well as the site of the former Chuan Park (900 units).
So, will 2024 be a bountiful year of choices for new homebuyers and investors? Certainly, it appears to be the case!
